IndepIQ ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our web and mobile applications, including the JUST Bharat™ NIFTY100 Scorecard platform. We operate in full compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: When you register or log in, we collect your user ID (email address) and password to authenticate your access and manage your user license. This data is securely stored in a Microsoft Azure MongoDB database.
- Essential Session Tokens & Storage: We use strictly necessary session storage and local authentication tokens (including Microsoft Azure and Power BI embedded analytics tokens) solely to keep you logged in and load visual dashboards smoothly. We do not use advertising, cross-site tracking, or marketing cookies.
- App Usage Data: We may collect standard operational metrics to ensure smooth embedding, report performance, and loading of analytics reports within the application.
3. Age Eligibility
In accordance with our Terms of Service, our services are intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from minors.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your information strictly to:
- Authenticate your identity and provide secure access to the app's analytics reports.
- Maintain account security and offer user support.
5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Personal data is only processed through secure infrastructure service providers (e.g., Microsoft Azure) necessary to host the database and render analytics reports.
6. Security
All data transmissions between the application and our servers are encrypted using standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. Passwords stored in MongoDB are encrypted and hashed.
7. User Rights, Consent Withdrawal & Data Deletion
Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your account and associated personal data. Note: Withdrawing consent or requesting account deletion will result in the immediate termination of your platform account and access to the JUST Bharat™ scorecards.
