Welcome to IndepIQ. By registering for an account, accessing, or using the JUST Bharat™ NIFTY100 Scorecard platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register or use the Service.
1. Overview and Scope of Service
IndepIQ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a data-intelligence venture that transforms public corporate filings, disclosures, and market data into structured stakeholder scorecards and performance analytics.
The Service provides visual analytics, stakeholder scorecards, performance metrics, and exportable PDF summaries across NIFTY100 entities for informational, analytical, and benchmarking purposes.
2. User Account Registration and Security
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
- Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials updated.
- Credential Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account access. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and to notify IndepIQ immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access.
- Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are assigned to individual registered users and cannot be sold, shared, or transferred without prior written consent from IndepIQ.
3. Investment & Data Accuracy Disclaimer
- Not Investment or Professional Advice: The content, scores, metrics, and visual analytics provided on the JUST Bharat™ NIFTY100 Scorecard are for general information and analytical purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, stock trading recommendations, legal counsel, or statutory audit verification.
- Public Data Reliance: Our scorecards and visual views aggregate data from public disclosures, corporate reports, and government filings. While IndepIQ strives for rigorous data modeling and accurate presentation, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or error-free nature of underlying third-party filings.
- User Responsibility: Any reliance on scorecards or exported summaries for investment, trading, corporate decision-making, or regulatory assessment is strictly at your own risk.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service—including the JUST Bharat™ name, IndepIQ™ brand, visual dashboard structures, custom data models, software code, UI designs, and aggregated scoring methodologies—remain the exclusive property of IndepIQ.
- Limited License: Subject to compliance with these Terms, IndepIQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the dashboards and export PDF reports for personal or internal business use.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, or attempt to derive underlying algorithms from the web application or embedded views.
- Scrape, harvest, or use automated systems (bots, spiders) to extract bulk data from the platform.
- Share, resell, or publicly redistribute underlying data feeds or Power BI embed tokens.
- Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or authentication systems.
- Use exported PDF summaries for commercial resale or unauthorized secondary syndication without written approval from IndepIQ.
6. PDF Exports & Usage Limits
The platform permits authorized users to generate PDF scorecard exports. You may share these PDF reports internally within your organization or for professional research, provided that:
- All proprietary brand marks (IndepIQ™, JUST Bharat™) and copyright notices remain intact.
- The exported content is not altered or misrepresented.
7. Service Availability & Modifications
IndepIQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, report section, or visual metric within the Service at any time with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or zero downtime caused by infrastructure maintenance, Azure host dependencies, or network failures.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IndepIQ, its founder, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, trading losses, data corruption, or business interruption—arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
IndepIQ may terminate or suspend your account access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in unauthorized access, data scraping, or security abuse. Upon termination, your right to use the platform and access embedded scorecards will cease immediately.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
